safeguarded from abuse and have an enjoyable tennis experience.
Everyone who is involved in tennis has a shared responsibility to support this by
promoting the welfare of all children, young people and adults at risk.
The Welfare Officer's role is not to deal with safeguarding complaints but to ensure that Tennis West of Scotland staff, Directors and activity operate to safeguarding rules and standards. The Welfare Officer ensures that all Tennis West of Scotland's policies and documentation is up to date and compliant and that correct procedure is followed.
